2. Secure Shopping

Shopping at Esptiger is secure. Our server encrypts all information, including your name, address, and payment details, to ensure safe transmission over the internet. We do not share your details with third parties. Esptiger reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

3. Pricing

Prices may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, all prices exclude VAT, delivery, insurance, and installation. You must provide accurate payment details and ensure sufficient funds. If prices change between your order and delivery, we will notify you for confirmation. You may cancel the order for a full refund if the new price is unacceptable.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Orders are not binding until accepted by Esptiger. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order and verify information provided. Notification of rejection will be sent via email. We are not responsible for issues arising from order rejection or email notification failure. Orders are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities. Shipping prices may vary for addresses outside the US and Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes.

5. Title and Risk

Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers to you once we receive full payment. Until then, the goods remain the property of Esptiger.

6. Warranties

Unless stated otherwise, our products are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty.

7. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and taxes unless noted. Esptiger may change prices without notice. Payment must be received before order acceptance. By submitting an order, you authorize Esptiger to charge your payment method. If your payment method is invalid, your order may be canceled. Update your payment information as necessary.

8. Delivery

Free standard ground shipping is available within the continental US. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday) Pacific Time. International shipping may incur additional charges, and customs delays are possible. Import duties or taxes may apply. Contact us for details. We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Contact customer service immediately for order errors. Returns require an RMA number and must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Exceptions apply to non-refundable, open-box, refurbished, or damaged items. Verify product eligibility before requesting an RMA. Defective items will be tested; non-working items will be returned to you.

Forum Disclaimer

Membership can be revoked at any time. Each member is allowed one username. Multiple usernames will result in a ban. By participating in the forum, you grant Esptiger a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use your posts and messages in any media for any purpose without further notice or compensation.

Expected Behavior

Maintain civil discussion. Do not post false, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise unlawful content. Profanity should be minimal. Discussions are in English unless specified otherwise.

Moderation Policy

Moderation decisions are final. We do not actively monitor all messages but will remove objectionable content upon request. You are responsible for your messages and agree to indemnify Esptiger. We may reveal your identity if required by law.
